The Video Game Librarian Pick of the Week is Lego Dimensions (PS3, PS4, Wii U, Xbox 360, Xbox One), a ridiculously massive crossover game from TT Games. Having mastered the art of Lego-izing our favorite characters with the “Lego _____” series, developer TT Games has decided to smash them all together in a huge crossover game that also features a Skylanders-like NFC Base. With levels based on The Simpsons, Back to the Future, Ghostbusters, The Lord of the Rings, Doctor Who, The Lego Movie, and plenty more… there’s something here for everyone.

Also of note this week is a pair of new sports sims. There’s the soccer stylings of FIFA 16 (PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One) and the basketball bravado of NBA 2K16 (PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One).
